Who operates this preview
Vaughn Labs operates cjs.vaughnlabs.io as a website preview for CJ’s Tree Service Professionals. CJ’s existing business website remains separate. Photo estimate submissions are available to the preview operator and are not automatically emailed or sent to CJ’s. To request actual tree service, call CJ’s directly.
What you provide
The estimator collects your name, property address, email, phone number, requested service, project description, access information, consent, and one to three photos. It creates a preliminary estimate and, when requested and available, an AI visualization. Please use photos you have permission to share and avoid including people, license plates, documents, or other unnecessary personal details.
How processing works
Photos are resized in your browser and embedded image metadata is removed before upload. Cloudflare hosts the estimator API, private records, and private photo storage. OpenRouter and its selected AI model providers process the photos and project description to assess scope and generate a visualization. The contact fields and property address are stored separately and remain separate from the AI request. Information visible in a photo or typed into the project description can still be processed by the AI providers.
The API requests providers that allow processing without data collection for training. Provider operational processing and retention are governed by their own terms; operational retention remains subject to those policies. OpenRouter privacy policy ↗ · Cloudflare privacy policy ↗
Storage and deletion
Records and images are kept privately for up to 31 days, then removed during daily cleanup. After receiving a result, select Delete my estimate to delete the record and photos earlier. This action is available once image generation has finished. Keep the tab open to retain access to the result; its secret access token is held in page memory only. Reloading clears that local access.
For help deleting a closed estimate, contact the person who shared this preview with your estimate reference or the email used to submit it. Deletion from this preview removes the operator’s stored record and images; provider-side processing records follow provider policies.
Service protection and browser preferences
The API uses a hashed connection address and daily counters to limit automated usage. These counters expire after approximately two days. Cloudflare may process ordinary connection and security information. The site saves only your light/dark preference in local browser storage; no advertising or analytics trackers are installed. External links use the respective service when you select them.
Your choice
Submitting the estimator requires consent to this processing. You can instead contact CJ’s by phone or email. The form does not enroll you in marketing, send automated messages, book a visit, or accept payment.
