Your website guide.
Steps for estimates, photos, settings, and getting in touch.
Choose your view
The website starts in light mode. Select the Light button beside the navigation to switch to dark mode; select Dark to switch back. On narrow screens the same control shows a sun icon, with a Switch to dark mode or Switch to light mode accessible label. Your choice is saved in this browser and applies across pages. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for the current page. Motion follows your device’s Reduce Motion preference.
Explore the website
Select Services to browse services, Our work for the photo gallery, The crew to learn how CJ’s works, or Service areas for local coverage. On a phone, select Menu, then a page. Close or Escape closes the menu. Select a service photograph, title, or Explore the service to open its full page.
Control the homepage work gallery
The homepage starts with the Tree removal photograph. The three work photographs advance every 6.5 seconds. Select Tree removal, Heavy lifting, or Property cleanup to choose a photograph. Select Pause in the photograph’s upper corner to hold it; select Play to resume. Hovering over the gallery, focusing a gallery control, or switching browser tabs temporarily pauses playback. Moving away resumes it unless you selected Pause. With your device’s Reduce Motion preference enabled, the gallery starts paused and transitions are static. Use the three photo buttons to browse manually.
Get a photo estimate, step by step
- Select Get an estimate in the navigation, or Get my photo estimate on the homepage.
- Choose a service. Tree removal is the default. Choose equipment access: I’m not sure is the default. For removal, optionally select stump grinding; it starts unchecked.
- Describe exactly which trees or stumps you want addressed and your desired result. Include at least 15 characters.
- Select Add your photos and choose one to three JPG, PNG, or WebP images, up to 12 MB each. Include the full tree, its base, nearby structures, and an access view from a safe position. The first image is used for the after-service visualization. Images are resized to a maximum 1600-pixel edge and converted to JPEG before upload, removing embedded metadata. Use Remove beside a photo to replace it.
- Select Continue to your details. Enter your full name, property address, email, and phone number. Read and accept the privacy and photo-processing checkbox; it starts unchecked.
- Select Get my estimate. Keep this page open while the photos are assessed. Your details are stored privately for the preview operator; the tool does not email CJ’s or book work.
- Review the preliminary range and assumptions. Some projects need an on-site review instead of a numeric estimate. Call CJ’s to discuss the final scope and price.
- When available, select Create my after-service view. Generation can take up to three minutes. Drag the comparison slider, or focus it and use the arrow keys, to compare your original photo with the labeled AI visualization. Select Download AI visualization to save it.
Manage your estimate
Download estimate saves a text summary on your device. Delete my estimate removes the private record and uploaded/generated photos from the preview service. Deletion is available after any image generation finishes. The access token is held only in this page’s memory: reloading ends your access to that estimate. Records expire after 30 days and are removed by a daily cleanup. To request earlier deletion after closing the page, contact the person who shared this preview with your estimate reference. The operator can also locate the record using the submitted email.
Understanding your result
The range uses regional price research and AI observations from photos. It is a planning estimate; CJ’s reviews the actual property and confirms its own final quote. Hidden conditions, equipment, access, the agreed scope, and applicable taxes may change the price. The AI image shows a possible appearance, with no guarantee of exact pruning, tree health, regrowth, or final ground finish. It is never a completed project photograph.
Photo and service troubleshooting
If a photo is rejected, use JPG, PNG, or WebP and keep each original under 12 MB. Convert HEIC photos to JPEG first. If you cannot continue, add a photo, describe the work, complete the required fields, and accept the privacy checkbox. If the AI cannot distinguish the target tree, use clearer photos and explicitly identify it in your description.
A capacity message means the daily allowance has been reached: three estimate requests per connection and 20 across the preview. Image generation has separate limits of three requests per connection, 10 across the preview, and two attempts per estimate. Failed AI attempts count toward these limits. Try the next UTC day or call CJ’s. If image generation fails, the estimate remains available; the image can be retried once. Keep the tab open during processing. Refreshing clears the local session.

In Our work, select a photograph to see its natural proportions. Close photo or Escape returns to the gallery.
